I have been a resident of Mundare since 1994. As a council member, I am keenly interested in the beautification of Mundare. 

In 2000 I joined the six volunteers forming the "Communities in Bloom" committee.  The projects for the year 2000 earned us 4 Blooms and we became a Provincial Winner.   In 2001, we entered the National Competition and earned 4 Blooms. In 2002 we received 5 Blooms and "special mention for 'Ukrainian Heritage'.  We were now 10 members strong and have worked along side the Mayor and Council on the main street revitilization project and with the Spray Park Committee.

My interest is not only the developement of  the beautification of Mundare but to expand our great little library. This is a wonderful town and I am only priviledged to be on council but excited to be involved in its continued growth.
