Important Information for 2022

Have you purchased a new property in Mundare in 2022?

Due to processing delays at the Province of Alberta Land Titles Office, recent ownership and mailing address changes will not be reflected on the property tax bills mailed on June 14, 2022.  Property owners who have not received their property tax bill by the first week of June must email or call the town office at (780)764-3929 or email: reception@mundare.ca

The Town of Mundare is not responsible for delays.  Non-receipt of your property tax bill does not exempt you from late penalties.  To avoid late payment penalties, ensure your property tax is paid on or before the July 31 due date.

 

2022 Combined Assesment/ Tax Notice

Notice is hereby given that the combined assessment/tax notices were mailed to all the property owners within the Town of Mundare on June 14, 2022.  The notice of assessment date is June 22, 2022.

The assessment roll is available for inspection at the Town of Mundare Administration Office at 5128-50 Street, Mundare, Alberta from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.

If you feel that the assessment value placed upon property is not "fair market value" please call Randy at Reliance Assessment. 1(888)450-2406.  Any assessment complaint must be received in the office by August 22, 2022.  with a $50 refundable fee(if your complaint is successful) to:

The 2022 taxes are due and payable on or before July 31, 2022  Unpaid taxes are subject to a 10% penalty on August 1, 2022, and a 10% penalty again on January 1,
